About The Position

Executes tasks related to general upkeep and maintenance of a single Sender One facility at the direction of the Facilities Supervisor; Maintain all current policies and procedures concerned with customer facing cleanliness and sanitation including but not limited to the use of personal protective equipment (PPE); Take initiative to help the team progress to our shared purpose - discover ourselves and connect with others through climbing; Exemplifies Sender One's core values; Help fellow coworkers, keep each other accountable, and communicate efficiently; PROFILE & EXPERIENCE: Profile: Solves problems and thinks fast on your feet; Adapts to overcome challenges; Able to learn new skills on the job; Work well in both an individual and a collaborative environment; Communicate effectively; Keep yourself and others accountable Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs; Take initiative without prompting; Works efficiently with attention to detail; Thinks independently and creatively; Functions at a high level in stressful situations; Embraces change when necessary and manages it when it comes. Motivates and leads others; Sets goals, prioritizes tasks and projects, and measures results; Works efficiently with attention to detail; Industry Experience: Ability to use a variety of tools and equipment necessary to maintaining the facility including hand & power tools; Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders, comfortable working at heights above 10 feet, have visual acuity in order to operate machinery, work in a variety of physical conditions, and follow all required safety procedures Knowledge of the climbing gym industry Highly organized and comfortable recording and tracking information and data. Time Commitment: Must be fully available to work at 11 - 16 hours per work week; Must be able to work mornings; Check-in with Facility Supervisor once per week Possibility for facility emergencies that will need immediate attention Must be able to attend the Mandatory All Staff Quarterly meetings.
