As a Sanitization Processor you will ensure bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with Microbiology, Regulatory and company standards. Ensures bioburden reduction of all manufacturing aids, tools, and equipment in keeping with Microbiology, Regulatory and company standards. How you'll make an impact: Preparing tools received from SURG isolation and final assembly - including washing, cleaning, and wrapping - for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests. Loading tools and manufacturing aids in the appropriate autoclave and/or oven per specified diagrammed instructions, and initiating equipment cycle for sanitization, per department procedures or Engineering requests. Reviewing, following and performing job functions in compliance with work instructions and adherence with SOPs, including recording traceable information on device history records On time arrival to work, regular attendance without excessive absenteeism, and working a full 8 hour or longer work period Other incidental duties: General work area housekeeping and photocopying cycle charts
