JOB SUMMARY: To safely clean and sanitize processing rooms and equipment while understanding and complying with all Food Safety and Safety policies and procedures. Perform self-inspection (pre-op) in preparation for inspection by Quality Assurance and USDA.
Requirements
- Previous experience is preferred, but not required for this position
- No formal education is required
Responsibilities
- Using high pressure hoses and chemical applications, clean all bins and trays.
- Ensure all bins and trays meet all sanitation standards as required by USDA.
- Operate Pallet jack
- Operate tray wash machine
