Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and frequently bend, reach, and lift items weighing between 25-50 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a wet, humid, and fast-paced production setting.
• Minimum 6 months of sanitation or cleaning experience in manufacturing or similar settings.
• Must wear steel-toe waterproof boots to ensure personal safety on the job.

Responsibilities

• Utilize water and approved chemicals to thoroughly clean and sanitize production line machinery.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitizing tasks to ensure hygienic conditions in offices, restrooms, production lines, and common areas.
• Safely remove and dispose of trash and waste materials according to industry standards.
• Effectively clean floors, walls, and surfaces in wet and slippery conditions.
• Restock cleaning supplies promptly and notify supervisors when inventory levels are low.
• Regularly inspect cleaning tools and equipment, reporting any maintenance or repair needs.
• Strictly adhere to safety protocols, including proper use of cleaning chemicals and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Work closely with team members to meet sanitation schedules and complete tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional general labor tasks as assigned to support facility operations.
