Essential Duties and Responsibilities (HR) Cleanliness and Sanitation of assigned areas Proper Organization of equipment and cleaning supplies Know how to use clean up equipment and the proper sanitation procedures Removal of Trash, recyclables and cardboard Cleanliness of Floors and drains Cleanliness, neatness, and organization of Chemical room Proper Labeling of Chemicals Familiarity of MSDS / GHS Proper Chemical Usage in accordance with manufacturer, USDA and OSHA guidelines Know proper safety procedures in case of chemical mishap Cleanliness of locker rooms, hallways, break rooms, and bathrooms. To include: striping, waxing, and buffing floors; cleaning and sanitizing toilets and urinals; emptying trash, neatness, cleaning carpet, and restocking paper towels and toilet paper Ability to work as a Team in order to effectively and efficiently accomplish goals To report incidents of broken or damaged equipment To report missing equipment Responsible for equipment that is missing during sanitation To verify proper cleanliness and sanitation of assigned area Other Duties Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
