About The Position

Sanitation Technician SWMO-04B - $23.50 - $27.71 Schedule: Friday: 7pm-7am Saturday: 7pm-7am Sunday: 7pm-7am Position Purpose Work with Leaders and fellow partners to ensure Food Safety and Partner Safety. Understand and execute standard operating procedures relative to this position. Perform all PCP and CCP checks required for the position. Follow reaction plans for Food Safety, Food Quality, and customer requirement outages by contacting appropriate leadership. Be able to identify and understand customer requirements and assist in assuring proper operation and production. Record accurate data on MSS and Log reports daily. This is a full-time position to support the plant sanitation duties. Major responsibilities will be MSS tasks, tearing down of production equipment, full 7 step cleanups of the production rooms, assembly of production equipment, and startup of production equipment. Essential Functions: (Follow guidelines carefully when completing this section to ensure ADA compliance). 1. Complete all MSS tasks in a timely manner. 2. Tear down production equipment. 3. Complete a full 7 step cleanup in a timely manner. 4. Assemble production equipment. 5. Complete all paperwork for assigned tasks. 6. Must be able to dilute chemicals to the proper concentration. 7. Partner will be expected to use hand tools, high pressure systems, power sprayers, rinsing units and sanitation chemicals all in a safe manner. 8. Other duties as assigned by Sanitarian and Sanitation Line Lead. 9. Must be able to work overtime, holidays, and weekends.

Requirements

  • Ability to read and comprehend written or verbal instructions.
  • Ability to operate power cleaning and sanitizing equipment.
  • Ability to perform all tasks in a safe manner.
