Join Litehouse as a Sanitation Technician! Location: 1109 N Ella Ave. Sandpoint, ID Shift: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday - 7:30pm - 6:00am We're looking for a dedicated Sanitation Technician I to help us uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety in our facility. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED strongly preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to read and interpret safety and operational documents
  • Mechanical aptitude: able to identify issues during equipment cleaning
  • Basic math skills for accurate measurement and documentation
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals and industrial equipment
  • Must be able to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize food storage containers, tanks, and production equipment
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in multiple facility areas
  • Operate cleaning tools and equipment using chemicals and water systems
  • Inspect completed sanitation tasks to ensure compliance with standards
  • Complete required documentation accurately and on time
  • Adhere to food safety policies and report any safety or quality concerns
  • Contribute to overall facility cleanliness and sanitation
  • Work overtime and weekends as needed to support production demands
  • Perform other duties as assigned
