About The Position

Maintain factory commons area sanitation compliant with current SQF, USDA, FDA MDA, HACCP, OSHA and any prevailing food safety and sanitation regulation. Order, stock and track usage of cleaning products Maintain Break-room, restrooms, locker-room Maintain office, reception area, conference rooms Maintain outside area around the plant including windows, walkways, landscape areas, loading dock area Assist and back-up Raw Materials area operation

Requirements

Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Must be reliable and able to get along with others.
Self-starter, good documentation skills, positive attitude, team player, innovative, problem solver, critical thinking, attention to detail.
Excellent job attendance

Responsibilities

Restrooms once daily: floors, walls, vents, fixtures, drains, empty trash and replenish supplies
Locker-rooms: Once daily: floors, walls, fixtures, drains
Main factory common hallways daily: floors with factory Cat, walls, windows, fixtures, and drains
Break-room once daily: floors, walls, vents, fixtures, drain empty trash and replenish supplies: weekly moves out snack machine, refrigerator, and cabinets to clean behind and under, clean screens as needed
Office area: Restrooms and empty trash once daily, carpet vacuum & dust walls, corners, vents, fixtures three times per week, tile floor twice per week, clean screens as needed (Note: during winter season carpet & tiles will need to be cleaned more frequently), glass once per week
Outside area weekly: clean-up, debris, empty all butt buckets, trim landscape plants along building, wash windows, clean webbing, set hose for watering landscape plants (keep walkways clear of snow and ice)
1406 restrooms and break area once monthly deep clean
Clean with Factory Cat all common areas of the warehouse e.g., paper aisles
Monthly or as needed: de-webbing of all factory common areas
Power wash front of building
Clean and set-up Training Room and restrooms before scheduled sessions • Observe plant SQF violations and report by filling out work order
Perform other duties as assigned
