Position Overview:
As a Sanitation Team Member, you will help maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic production environment in our food manufacturing facility. Your work ensures our products meet company standards and food safety regulations.
Two Shifts
Hours 10:00am to 6:30pm
Hours 8:00pm to 4:30am

Requirements

• Prior experience in sanitation or cleaning preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Understanding of basic food safety and hygiene practices a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights or weekends if needed.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize equipment, production lines, floors, walls, and other facility areas according to the Master Sanitation Schedule (MSS).
• Follow safety, quality, and food safety procedures including GMPs, SSOPs, and HACCP.
• Participate in pre-operational inspections and environmental swabbing as directed.
• Use cleaning chemicals safely and wear appropriate PPE.
• Maintain accurate sanitation records and complete checklists as required.
• Report sanitation issues to supervisors and assist in resolving them.
• Ensure proper storage and use of sanitation supplies and chemicals.
• Work as part of a team to promote a safe and clean work environment.
