About The Position

Bridor USA is expanding in Salt Lake City with a brand-new industrial baking facility, and we’re seeking a Sanitation Team Lead to ensure our production environment is clean, safe, and operating at the highest standards. This role is critical to maintaining food safety, equipment performance, and product quality.

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and working in noisy, cold, or flour-exposed environments
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; sanitation/chemical handling experience a plus

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, and BRC a plus

Responsibilities

• Clean, sanitize, and maintain production equipment and tools according to established procedures
• Wash and maintain equipment parts, plant workspaces, storage areas, and warehouses
• Safely handle cleaning chemicals and use motorized sanitation equipment
• Train new sanitation team members and ensure adherence to GMPs and food safety standards
• Support production and quality teams as needed
