About The Position
As a Sanitation Operator you’ll be working to support the plant’s day-to-day operations. You’ll be supported by your team with possibilities to grow into a Manufacturing Professional and directly impact the quality of our products – helping to improve real lives.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum two years' experience within a chemical/food/perfumery manufacturing facility
- Minimum of one through two years' experience in an manufacturing environment or handling of chemicals
- Knowledge of G.M.P’s (Good Manufacturing Practices)
- Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points
Responsibilities
- Monitor all control operations assuring adherence to operating parameters and product standards.
- Lead and/or perform planned and corrective mechanical activity.
- Consolidate all maintenance and repair lists and enter it to the system.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team in prioritizing M&R works that needs to be done during CIP/Clean-up/Turnaround
- Perform analytical tests (including pH, sediment, TC, densities, rate checks, air measurement) to ensure product is in spec.
- Check calibration of all analytical machines utilizes in the Freeze Dry process.
