The Hart facility focuses on primarily producing quality products, which include Maraschino Cherries, Glace Fruit, and Ingredient Cherries. Requirements
- Internal GMP/HACCP/BRC Training
- Good communication skills
- Trained and knowledgeable in the use of PPE (personal protective equipment)
- Must pass respiratory fitness test
- OSHA Forklift license
Responsibilities
- Handle and properly use cleaning chemicals and equipment
- Use proper Lock-out / Tag-out procedures
- Maintain and operate forklift safely at all times
- Complete daily forklift inspection
- Properly use steam / hot water system
- Properly use product and material-handling pumps
- Read and understand the English language
- Tote and barrel dumping
- Dipping cherries from totes
- Pumping processing and brine tanks
- Other tasks as assigned
