Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years' experience within a chemical/food/perfumery manufacturing facility
  • Minimum of one through two years' experience in an manufacturing environment or handling of chemicals
  • Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
  • Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points

Responsibilities

  • Monitor all control operations assuring adherence to operating parameters and product standards.
  • Lead and/or perform planned and corrective mechanical activity.
  • Consolidate all maintenance and repair lists and enter it to the system.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance team in prioritizing M&R works that needs to be done during CIP/Clean-up/Turnaround
  • Perform analytical tests (including pH, sediment, TC, densities, rate checks, air measurement) to ensure product is in spec.
  • Check calibration of all analytical machines utilizes in the Freeze Dry process.
