Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
Minimum two years' experience within a chemical/food/perfumery manufacturing facility
Minimum of one through two years' experience in an manufacturing environment or handling of chemicals
Knowledge of G.M.P's (Good Manufacturing Practices)
Knowledge of H.A.C.C.P (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points

Responsibilities

Monitor all control operations assuring adherence to operating parameters and product standards.
Lead and/or perform planned and corrective mechanical activity.
Consolidate all maintenance and repair lists and enter it to the system.
Coordinate with the maintenance team in prioritizing M&R works that needs to be done during CIP/Clean-up/Turnaround
Perform analytical tests (including pH, sediment, TC, densities, rate checks, air measurement) to ensure product is in spec.
Check calibration of all analytical machines utilizes in the Freeze Dry process.
