POSITION SUMMARY: The Sanitation Manager is responsible for the overall sanitation of the facility and it’s equipment, supply management for the department to reduce/control cost. Implement employee safety and food safety initiatives. Manage small hourly employee crew, implementing culture to develop good supportive work environments. Support company policies and procedures to drive excellence.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent or minimum 5 years sanitation experience
- Understanding of basic sanitation operations
- Chemical safety
