Requirements
- Leadership experience preferred
- Experience in the food manufacturing industry preferred, with knowledge of production standards and safety protocols.
- Ability to read and understand verbal and written English instructions to ensure accurate execution of tasks.
- Able to work with ingredients including pork, dairy, soy, wheat, and eggs in compliance with food safety standards.
- Must be 18 years of age or older to meet employment eligibility requirements.
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual in Spanish a plus, but not required.
Responsibilities
- Lead sanitation team under the guidance of the production supervisor to c lean and sanitize entire production facility
- Ensures all employees follow GMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines, maintaining compliance and promoting a safe work environment.
- Understands and performs all sanitation tasks to provide coverage and support operational effectiveness as needed
- Strives to identify and implement improvements within sanitation to enhance sanitary work and quality.
- Proactively communicates safety and food safety concerns to management for timely resolution.
- Communicates effectively with team members, fostering engagement, clarity, and responsiveness.
- Performs other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and commitment to team success.
