About The Position

Role and Responsibilities Develop and implement daily, weekly, and periodic sanitation schedules. Lead and supervise a team of sanitation technicians. Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety. Implement and enforce sanitation procedures to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. Ensure that cleaning chemicals and methods are used effectively and safely. Conduct regular inspections to verify the cleanliness and hygiene of production areas and equipment. Manage inventory of sanitation supplies and chemicals. Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate records of sanitation activities, including cleaning schedules, checklists, and corrective actions. Assist in preparing documentation for internal and external audits. Implement innovative solutions to enhance sanitation practices. Provide ongoing training to sanitation team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and regulatory requirements. Ensure that team members are well-informed and up to date on sanitation best practices.

Requirements

  • 4 or more years of experience as Sanitation Lead.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sanitation or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in sanitation roles, with leadership responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of sanitation procedures, chemicals, and safety regulations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
