POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for the disassembly, cleaning, sanitation, inspection and reassembly of production equipment and facilities. Must be willing and capable of learning and becoming proficient in all areas of Sanitation. Assist Sanitation Manager with daily tasks. Promoting employee safety, culture, and food safety.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent or minimum of 3 years’ experience in sanitation.
- Understanding and ability to complete all tasks of sanitation tech and CIP operator
- Chemical handling experience.
