Requirements

Must be able and willing to follow written and verbal instructions.
Must have sufficient knowledge of standard weights & measures to utilize appropriate equipment.
Must have sufficient mathematical skills to add, subtract, multiply, and divide whole numbers & fractions.

Responsibilities

Clean and sanitize food processing equipment and facilities.
Clean grounds, manage trash disposal, handle chemical dispensing, and clean around the plant as necessary.
Follow Tyson/USDA sanitation/safety specifications & requirements.
Wear required PPE (Personal Protective Equipment).
Work in temperatures of extreme hot/cold, high humidity, slippery and uneven surfaces, some above ground level elevated surfaces.
Handle chemicals as prepared by the Operational Specialist; identify, report, and communicate areas, equipment, and other related items requiring non-routine attention.
Fill all dispensers, foamers, and hairnets.
