About The Position
Construction Safety Coordinator Location: North Richland Hills, TX Start: 4/20 Type: Full-time direct hire W-2 position with full benefits. Job Details Salary: $80-90k Schedule: Mon-Fri 4hrs/wk Day shift Project Scope The construction safety coordinator will oversee safety for the general contractor managing all trades on a community college construction project. Requirements
- OSHA 30 in construction
- Excellent public speaking and communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professionalism and confidentiality in handling sensitive information
- Strong understanding of EHS and industry regulatory standards in construction
- Ability to effectively communicate safety principles and regulations
Nice To Haves
- OSHA outreach training experience (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct project safety inspections and employee orientations
- Provide safety training as needed
- Monitor worksite employees and enforce safety protocols
- Review and manage safety-related documentation and contractor correspondence
- Perform additional EHS-related tasks as required
