About The Position

The Kraft Heinz Company is currently seeking a Sanitation Aseptic Lead to work at our sauces processing facility in Fremont, OH. Successful candidates must be willing to contribute improvements suggestions and ideas to help continue the success of our facility. Ideal candidates must be safety and quality oriented along with demonstrate adaptability and willingness to work in a team orientated, fast paced work environment. This position requires individuals to perform sanitation duties in a food manufacturing environment following strict quality and safety standards. Must be available to work a flexible shift, including EVERY weekend Starting Pay Rate $25.90 per hour, additional shift premium, weekly pay. Responsibilities & Duties This is not a janitorial position. Sanitation Aseptic Leads are responsible for the cleaning and sterilization of processing equipment. Carry out orders pertaining to the cleaning and sanitation of the Production Department Must be able to lead and instruct others in sanitation and cleaning Must be able to take apart and assemble the aseptic product systems for clean-up and sterilization start-up purposes Be responsible for the quality and quantity of work performed during the shift as well as coordinate work over all shifts Maintain area in a clean and safe condition following Good Manufacturing Practices Follow all departmental safety rules and conform to Job Safety Analysis Know how to dispense chemicals/chemical safety training Must be able to perform product and variety changeovers during production Must have Fall Protection and Scissor lift training Perform all other duties as assigned by management or required by business needs Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Candidates must be available to work all shifts including second, third & weekends and holidays Prior manufacturing experience is preferred Sanitation experience is preferred Must be available to work every weekend Location Fremont Factory Benefits & Compensation Overview: We offer a competitive benefit and compensation package that includes: Medical/Rx Dental Vision Additional incentives: Pet Insurance- (EAP) Employee Assistance Program- Company paid Life Insurance- Company paid Short-term disability (HRA) Health Reimbursement Account or (HSA) Health Savings Account. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
