About The Position

Coors Field is home to the MLB Colorado Rockies in Denver, Colorado. Aramark supports our clients by providing a high level of attention to detail and outstanding customer service in all that we do. Within the ballpark we have our top tier guests and clients that expect nothing but the best –luckily the best is what we deliver.
The Sandlot attendant is responsible for welcoming guests, restocking products, checking IDs, checking receipts, helping keep the restaurant clean and up to management standards.
Our ideal candidate is an individual who can work independently and communicate swiftly and consistently with their team and leadership. Making a lasting impression on our guests and ensuring that a five-star service is provided. Ability to work evenings, holidays and special events may be required.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older (Required)
• Requires daily lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling of up to 50lbs.
• TEAM/ TiPS Certification (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• ServSafe or Food Safety Certification equivalent (Required) – will be trained and certified upon hire (as needed)
• Basic reading, writing and math skills

Nice To Haves

• Good written and verbal communication skills (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Welcoming, engaging, smiling, and thanking every single guest
• Sets up and breaks down workstations, including cleaning and sanitizing
• Ensuring that your area is stocked and beverages are iced down before the shift
• Communicating product outages or shortages to management
• Helps maintain the restaurant cleanliness
• Takes inventory counts and ensures product is stocked to appropriate levels
• Provides excellent guest service
• Maintains a positive demeanor towards guests, clients, co-workers, etc.
• Use all required safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) and annotate when equipment is not operable
• Take appropriate measures to ensure the security of client and company assets
• Interact with clients, employees, vendors, customers, and guests about business-related activities, as required
• Checking IDs and receipts
• Work shifts that are 6 – 10 hours in length
