Job Summary: Responsible for sandblasting surfaces to remove old paint, rust, and oher debris. Assists in shop activities by performing the following duties.

Requirements

Ability to work independently while maintaining consistent communication with supervisors.
Knowledge of and adherence to company quality and environmental policies, including AS9100 and ISO 14001 standards.
Commitment to following safety procedures, security protocols, and use of proper personal protective equipment (PPE).
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous relevant experience in a manufacturing, technical, or production environment preferred.
Must undergo and meet company standards for background check, employment verification, reference checks, physical, and controlled substance testing.

Experience working in an AS9100 or ISO 14001 certified environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard documentation or reporting tools.

Responsibilities

Preparing parts for paint, masking, cleaning, and hanging on rack.
Finishing operations and packaging, paint touch up, part marking, etc.
Must have some experience with Sandblasting outside.
Removes burrs or excess metal from machined parts.
Support manual assembly operations.
Assigned to various 5S activities as required.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all levels of the organization.
Maintain high level of housekeeping in the work area, including 5S.
Adherence to all company policies, procedures, external regulations and legal requirements.
Other duties as directed by management.
