Our 1st shift is looking for an experienced Supervisor that can be a coach, a teacher, a leader, a listener, a production guru and the ability to continue and always striving to improve the work culture for our employees. This is NOT an office job, 90% on the floor coaching and helping employees. Responsible for the overall product production of the assigned shift and the three buildings on campus. Supervise 74 direct and indirect hourly employees within the Production Department. Supervisors are responsible for the overall direction, coordination, training, and evaluation of team members. Supervisory responsibilities must be carried out in accordance with WPI’s policies, procedures and all applicable State and Federal laws.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. is required
• Associates Degree in Business Administration or Manufacturing is required
• 5+ years Manufacturing and leadership (Supervisory or Management) Experience preferred
• EXCELLENT Attendance
• Ability to work interdependently
• Forklift Certified (provided by WPI)

Nice To Haves

• Plastics Injection Molding Experience Preferred
• Technical Background (e.g. Service, Automation, Tooling, Processing,) in Plastic Injection Molding Manufacturing is preferred
