About The Position

The Sample Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for managing, preparing and distributing product samples, catalog and swatches. This position plays a key role in supporting Sales, Design, Customers and Internal Teams by ensuring accurate, timely and well-organized fulfillment of sample requests while maintaining inventory integrity. This is a part-time position requiring a minimum of four days per week, with at least six hours per day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in fulfillment, shipping, order processing, or customer service preferred

Responsibilities

• Learn and process orders within the company’s order management system
• Learn and utilize the UPS shipping system to generate labels, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery
• Track outgoing samples and maintain accurate records in internal systems
• Process and fulfill catalog, sample and swatch requests accurately and efficiently
• Maintain organized inventory of samples and swatches, including restocking
• Communicate proactively regarding backorders, delays, or inventory shortages
• Prepare sample kits, displays, and promotional materials as needed
• Ensure packaging and presentation meet company standards
• Follow shipping guidelines and deadlines to meet customer expectations
• Standing, packing, and light lifting throughout the day
