About The Position
FRAME Technical Services, LLC seeks a qualified Sample Coordinator. This position will be based in Richland, WA but may extend to the greater Tri-Cities area. The successful candidates will be a self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual who can work well on a team as well as independently in a fast-paced environment. Position location: Greater Tri-Cities Area, WA Schedule : Part-time
Requirements
- Valid driver license
- Authorization from FRAME to issue checks and/or purchases via credit card
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in bookkeeping and/or accounts payable desired
- Previous experience with chain-of-custody practices
Responsibilities
- Interface with HMIS to identify sample collection needs, including vendors, quantities, sample storage req's during transport, etc.
- Collect samples from farm and food vendors
- Prepare chain-of-custody, as required
- Purchase of consumables required for transport of samples, such as cooler, ice, etc.
- Work with FRAME Business Manager for invoicing the client and vendor payment, and expense reconciliation, etc.
