Church Planting Team - Salt Company Director
About The Position
Salt Network church plants aim to plant with a Core Team of 4 members - the Church Planter, Salt Company Director, Worship Director and Female Lead. The Church Planting Team - Salt Company Director will train under Hill City's Salt Company team for 2 years with the end goal of being sent on a church plant as the Salt Company Director. In this role, you will gain experience in the ministry of Salt Company, and will learn and assist in leading various aspects of college ministry including building strategy for the discipleship of students, event planning, and execution and development of leaders. This position will also assist the Church Planting Team in whatever ways needed.
Requirements
- Desire to serve as the Salt Company Director on a future Hill City church plant
- Previous experience in Salt Company or college ministry
- Bachelor's degree or applicable experience
- Passion for sharing the Gospel with college students
- Physically able to participate in most activities college students take part in
- Highly collaborative and strong team-working skills
- Organized, self-driver who is able to take general direction and produce results
Responsibilities
- Lead in the building, coordination, and execution of special events
- Assist in the building, coordination, and execution of midweek gatherings
- Build and invest in the Salt Company leadership team
- Meet with, evangelize to, and disciple new believers on campus
- Assist Hill City Staff as needed
- Training, organizational development, and processes required of all staff
