About The Position

The Salt Staff Coordinator provides essential administrative, logistical, and developmental support for Salt Company DSM. This role is responsible for coordinating with the Salt Director for maximizing the ministry's General Fund support, executing the logistical details of major events & campus outreach, managing ministry data & metrics, managing the administrative pipeline for Global Missions, and contributing to the equipping and discipleship of student leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Lead out as a staff member by living out The Cottage Grove Code
  • Assist other staff members in accomplishing the greater good of all ministry initiatives
  • Raise $2,000 monthly in support
  • Execute a strategy to increase the Salt General Fund to a goal of $3,500–$4,000/month.
  • Manage a monthly "Update" (newsletters or digital reports) and the Annual Banquet logistics to keep supporters connected to the vision.
  • Partner with the current Global Lead to learn the recruitment and training systems for Salt Global teams.
  • Oversee the administrative logistics of global applications and coordinate with staff for interviews and trainings.
  • Gradually assume the full Global Team burden for Summer 2027 Salt Global teams.
  • Execute "Logistics Checklists" for major events (Retreats, Conferences, Kickoff) and Welcome Week, including registration, hospitality, print materials, and campus org fairs.
  • Manage and oversee the recruitment and scheduling of general volunteers (Greeters/Hospitality).
  • Oversee the collection and reporting of ministry metrics (attendance and group participation) to support the Director and AD in strategic planning.
  • Directly disciple a D-Group of student leaders, modeling the 5C framework and mobilizing them for campus mission.
  • Support the Director and AD in teaching and facilitating leader meetings, Gospel 101, or interest meetings.
