About The Position

As a Salon Receptionist, you help set the tone for a relaxing and memorable experience. With your friendly attitude and smooth check-ins, guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive. The care you put into every interaction helps create moments they’ll remember long after their visit.

Requirements

1+ years of prior relevant experience in guest service is preferred
Must be 18 years of age or older

Nice To Haves

Experience in a similar luxury spa or salon setting is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist all guests with Salon appointments
Check guests in and out of facility
Provide sincere, enthusiastic, quality, and consistent customer service to the spa and salon clients
Create exceptional customer service and assist guests with questions, ensure professional and courteous behavior to all guests and employees, manage cash bank daily, retain knowledge of salon software system
Promote and sell service treatments, enhancements, upgrades and retail products
