About The Position
As a Busperson at Spago in Bellagio, you will support a highly regarded dining experience known for its seasonal menus, vibrant atmosphere, and views of the Fountains. In this role, you will maintain the entire restaurant—including the dining room, storerooms, food pickup areas, and beverage stations—ensuring all spaces meet established cleanliness and stock standards. Your attention to detail, awareness of the dining room, and ability to anticipate team needs will help keep service running efficiently and contribute to a well-coordinated, comfortable experience for every guest.
Requirements
- Work varied shifts, to include weekends and holidays required
- Must be 21 years of age or older
Nice To Haves
- 1+ Years of experience as a Busperson in a Fine Dining restaurant environment preferred
Responsibilities
- Work with servers to ensure proper guest service
- Polish flatware, set up tables with appropriate silverware, glassware, linen, condiments, and accessories, fold napkins properly and ensure ashtrays are clean and available on tables in designated smoking areas
- Clear, clean, and sanitize booth/chair cushions and tables completely, and reset with clean linens, ashtrays, votive candles, glassware, and any additional tabletop items needed
- Remove dirty dishes, debris, and linens from table and bring to the kitchen for proper washing and disposing of trash in designated receptacles
- Coordinate table availability and constantly communicates with Server, Hostess, and Management to ensure tables are turned efficiently
- Serve water, coffee, and soft drinks, refilling when needed
- Ensure that dining room floors are clean and free of debris
