About the Role The Salon Guest Services Manager (Trainee) supports daily salon operations while learning to lead teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You'll receive hands‑on training, mentorship from salon leaders, and real-world experience that prepares you for future leadership opportunities within Mango Salon. This role makes a meaningful impact every day-on our guests, our team, and our company.

  • Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and walk for 6–8 hours per shift
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. as needed

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests with warmth, professionalism, and confidence
  • Confirm salon services and rebook follow‑up appointments
  • Process credit card transactions accurately
  • Learn and use salon management software
  • Maintain product, service, and promotion knowledge to support guests
  • Help coordinate the service floor to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Assist with staff coverage and designer schedules
  • Support salon leadership with communication and implementation of Mango initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members across departments to meet guest needs
  • Learn to lead by example and support team success
  • Assist with training, coaching, and motivating team members
  • Anticipate team needs in a fast‑paced environment
  • Learn and follow Mango systems, processes, and standards
