About The Position
Join Ciao Bella Salon & Spa, a family-owned company with 30+ salon locations inside Senior Living Communities, plus Mobile Service opportunities throughout Pennsylvania. Requirements
- Reliable individual who can travel to all of our salon locations.
- Flexible availability (weeknights not required ), typical workdays are 9:00am to 3pm Wednesday through Friday
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and professionalism-especially when working with senior clients
- Ability to work independently while being a positive team player
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsibilities
- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism, creating a comfortable and positive salon experience
- Conduct thoughtful consultations to understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyle considerations
- Answer incoming calls and monitor, listen to, and return voicemail messages promptly.
- Process client payments accurately using approved payment methods.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through trust, consistency, and exceptional service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace in compliance with state regulations
- Uphold a polished appearance and represents the Ciao Bella brand with pride and professionalism
- Educate clients on services, maintenance, and product recommendations to enhance results
- Assist with basic register transactions and salon software tasks as needed
- Provide and maintain your own professional tools and supplies
- Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and best practices to continue growing your craft
