About The Position

Drybar focuses on one thing and does it best — blowouts. We’re seeking a confident Salon Client Relations Manager to lead daily operations, elevate the guest experience, and inspire the front desk team.
Hiring for Schedule: Mon 9am-5pm, Tues 7am-3pm, Wed OFF, Thurs OFF, Fri 7am-3pm, Sat 7am-3pm, Sun 9am-5pm

Requirements

• 2+ years’ experience in retail, hospitality, beauty, or restaurant leadership
• 21+ and eligible to serve as ABC Manager (Virginia requirement)
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Reliable, proactive, and positive attitude

Responsibilities

• Lead front desk operations and ensure exceptional client service
• Support and coach team members
• Manage supplies and product organization
• Drive membership and retail sales
• Coordinate group events and social media content
• Open and close the salon as a key holder
