About The Position

If you're currently enrolled in beauty school and are eager to learn while you work, we want you to join our team! As a Salon Assistant, you will have the chance to assist our talented hairstylists while continuing your beauty education. This role provides you with invaluable hands-on experience in a salon environment, helping you build your skills and client relationships.
Requirements
- Currently Enrolled in Beauty School (required).
- Passion for Hair: A strong interest in hairstyling and a desire to learn and grow in the beauty industry.
- Customer Service Minded: Enjoys helping others and providing great service.
- Professionalism: Demonstrate a well-groomed, polished appearance and work with integrity and respect for clients and coworkers.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate with others and contribute to a positive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist Stylists: Support experienced hairstylists with preparing clients, washing hair, and assisting during services.
- Client Support: Help create a positive client experience by maintaining a clean and organized workspace and offering excellent customer service.
- Learning & Development: Continue your beauty education through mentorship and hands-on training while receiving free education from industry experts.
- Salon Maintenance: Help with general salon upkeep, including organizing product displays, sanitizing tools, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
- Product Knowledge: Learn about the products used in our salon, and help stylists recommend the best products for clients' hair care needs.
