Salesperson Full Time & Part Time positions available! SUMMARY The Salesperson is responsible to assist both of our internal and external guests with any and all relative retail needs.
Requirements
- Previous hospitality experience preferred
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Previous Retail sales or customer service experience required
Responsibilities
- Assist both of our internal and external guests with any and all relative retail needs.
- Extensive product knowledge and keen personalized service we strive to make each retail purchase a memorable one.
- Circulate on the floor, continually checking merchandise displays to ensure that the store is well stocked.
- Provide a warm welcome and a fond farewell to each and every guest that comes through our door.
- Use Hotel Retail Sequence of Service guidelines in all interactions with our guests.
- Handle guests’ requests by reading and anticipating their needs and upselling new products.
- Responsible for all opening and/or closing duties.
- Making sure your areas are clean and orderly.
- Providing lateral service for other departments will be a necessary duty to ensure flawless personalized service for all internal and external guests.
