We are seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Retail Boutique Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fashion and delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. As a Boutique Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, and fostering a warm and inviting environment for every client. Rate of pay is based off $14.00 an hour, Plus commission 2% per sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Customer Service: o Greet customers warmly upon entry and provide personalized shopping assistance. o Respond to customer inquiries regarding product features, availability, and store promotions. o Offer styling advice, product recommendations, and size guidance to ensure customer satisfaction. o Resolve customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring a positive resolution. o Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, encouraging repeat visits and loyalty. 2. Sales & Performance: o Drive store sales by achieving individual and team sales targets. o Engage customers in upselling and cross-selling techniques to increase average transaction value. o Actively promote and highlight store promotions, loyalty programs, and seasonal collections. o Monitor and track personal sales performance, consistently working to meet or exceed goals. o Maintain knowledge of current trends, bestsellers, and product offerings to provide relevant recommendations. 3. Store Presentation & Merchandising: o Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing boutique environment that aligns with the store’s brand image. o Assist with store merchandising, ensuring that displays are updated, products are well-stocked, and store shelves are neat. o Ensure all products are properly labeled and tagged for easy identification. o Assist with visual merchandising initiatives to create an inviting and on-brand atmosphere. 4. Hospitality & Brand Ambassadorship: o Provide an elevated level of hospitality that reflects the boutique’s brand and values. o Ensure each customer feels valued and attended to during their visit. o Create a welcoming and warm atmosphere by offering refreshments, ensuring comfort, and making each shopping experience special. o Uphold boutique’s core values by representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. 5. Inventory & Stock Management: o Assist with inventory checks, replenishment, and organization of stock in back-of-house areas. o Help with receiving deliveries and ensuring product is properly placed on the sales floor. o Track and report stock levels, identifying popular items and assisting with restocking as needed. 6. Team Collaboration: o Work closely with team members and management to ensure smooth store operations. o Collaborate to maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive team environment. o Participate in training and development programs to enhance product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
