Job Description: As a Commercial Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to expert for our commercial clients, building strong relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and providing customized vehicle solutions. You’ll manage existing accounts while actively growing your pipeline through networking, prospecting, and professional presentations, all while delivering a world-class customer experience.

Requirements

  • Self-Motivation is a key
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Be available for a FULL TIME retail schedule that regularly includes evenings and weekends
  • Have a valid California Driver's License with Clean Driving Record
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass a drug test

Nice To Haves

  • Inside Sales and Outside Sales Experience are a huge plus
  • Fluent in English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

  • Ensure world class experience to all customers
  • Build a thorough working knowledge of all vehicles in our inventory, especially commercial vehicles
  • Learn and utilize our state-of-the-art client relationship tools
  • Develop and build sales pipeline by meeting and exceeding department expectations
  • Service and maintain existing accounts
  • Stimulate growth through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct professional presentations to prospective and existing customers
  • Work with fellow team members to improve our customers' experience
