The Redbull Salesman achieves sales goals and distribution targets by servicing and developing assigned accounts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Sells Redbull products in accordance with company guidelines · Supervises and manages a team composed of drivers, assistant drivers, and merchandisers to ensure customer satisfaction after sale of product. · Schedules routes to ensure all customers are visited regularly. · Ensures customer satisfaction by identifying needs, keeping customer priorities in mind and implementing effective solutions that help customers sell more product. · Develops and maintains an effective rapport characterized by open communication and trust with all assigned customers. · Continuously increases product knowledge to become an expert resource for customers. · Applies the concept of “the salesman you leave behind” to sell more product in each account. · Effectively merchandises in all accounts by effective use of displays and point-of-sale (POS) items. · Maintains adequate inventory and reduces or eliminates out-of-stocks at each customer account. · Enters order information accurately and timely into the handheld sales enablement software. · Monitors freshness of product at each account and ensures rotation or removal to meet company standards. · Audits condition of all POS to ensure brand representation meets company standards. · Completes training, seminars and classes as assigned. · Completes and submits sales, incentive and other required reports accurately and on time.
