You Are: A strong Salesforce Service Cloud/Integration Architect with strong leadership skills and a talent for shepherding projects along in a timely and efficient manner so that companies can do more. The Work: Define the Service Cloud solutions, architecture and design for clients Assess and define new changes according to best design - config vs custom Define data and integration with different downstream and upstream applications including AWS products, databases and Mulesoft services. Design and develop the integrations between AWS connect and Service Cloud Build custom solutions using Apex code Define and develop different solutions to integrate with different applications Work with delivery team in mapping integration and technical requirements to solutions Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce standard methodologies Experienced in working with and implementing Agentforce products like MIAW, conversational chat AI solutions

Requirements

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud integration / architecture either through work at industry participants or consulting to the industry
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in life insurance vertical is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associates Degree, must have minimum 6 years' work experience)

  • You have experience in Agentforce implementation - Well rounded in both functional and technical aspects of a SaaS/digital engagement
  • You have experience with leading Teams - Proven ability to build, manage and foster a team-oriented environment
  • You have the knowledge of the life insurance vertical and ability to apply that to solution architecture
