About The Position

The Salesforce Technical Solutions Architect will be responsible for working in a multi-channel, cross cloud Salesforce environment and needs to have a strong overall background in data architecture, integrations, consulting skills and multiple years of hands-on experience with Salesforce products. This position will have a 15-20% travel requirement to the McLean, VA area.

Requirements

  • 5+ years experience of relevant, client-facing experience
  • Strong, hands-on experience in Salesforce Data Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Deep understanding of Apex, LWC, API integration patterns, OAuth, data modeling, and Salesforce security.
  • Ability to create PoCs quickly and effectively.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Experience with Mulesoft, AWS, or other integration platforms.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Git, Autorabit).
  • Certified Application Architect / System Architect.

Responsibilities

  • Design scalable solutions and lead end-to-end architecture for complex business challenges.
  • Develop Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate architectural decisions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and proactively identify problem statements with innovative solutions.
  • Provide thought leadership and act as a technical subject matter expert for clients
  • Champion the adoption of reusable architecture assets to improve efficiency
  • Serve as a technical team leader to US based and international project teams
  • Ability to efficiently manage several projects at one time
  • Ability to demonstrate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Ability to work independently, multi-task, allocate time appropriately and prioritize effectively
  • Produce blueprints and documentation to aid in the understanding of existing architecture solutions
