As a Salesforce Administrator, you will collaborate directly with our Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Client Services teams to drive operational efficiencies and platform integrations across our Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement operational efficiencies across departments using Salesforce.
  • Deliver platform integrations that enhance business processes and user experience.
  • Maintain and optimize day-to-day operational processes related to client support.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to gather, translate, and simplify business requirements.
  • Support departmental needs including data hygiene, database maintenance, and reporting.
  • Participate in the design and rollout of new products and processes, and provide ongoing support post-launch.
  • Design and Manage Data Quality processes and integrations to Salesforce
