About The Position

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Salesforce Solutions Consultant in the United States. This role provides a unique opportunity to design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions that address complex business challenges for multiple clients. The Salesforce Solutions Consultant will bridge business and technical perspectives, working hands-on with configuration, integrations, and automation while advising stakeholders on best practices. You will support clients throughout the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, UAT, and solution deployment, ensuring scalable and maintainable Salesforce implementations. This role also involves knowledge sharing, internal training, and contributing to a high-performing delivery practice. The ideal candidate thrives in a consulting environment, managing multiple engagements simultaneously while providing high-quality solutions on time and within scope. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to adapt to evolving Salesforce features and client needs.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in the software development lifecycle, including at least 5 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • Salesforce Sales Cloud or Service Cloud Consultant certification is required.
  • Proven experience with full lifecycle Salesforce implementations, configuration, and low-code automation.
  • Hands-on experience designing Salesforce integrations using middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, TIBCO, Dell Boomi).
  • Experience in consulting environments with SOW-based engagements.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce Clouds, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and optionally Health Cloud, CPQ/Revenue Cloud, or Field Service.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in Agile delivery environments and manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business requirements into user stories and scalable Salesforce solution designs.
  • Configure Salesforce objects, fields, flows, automations, page layouts, reports, and dashboards across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Design and implement integrations, data models, and extensions in collaboration with development teams.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, manage UAT cycles, perform defect triage, and support go-live readiness.
  • Facilitate client workshops, present solution demos, and clarify requirements with stakeholders.
  • Prepare solution documentation, release notes, and enablement materials.
  • Contribute to internal training, share best practices, and support knowledge development within the delivery team.
