The role of the Salesforce Solution Architect is to design and manage CI/CD pipelines using Copado, automate deployments, maintain Salesforce environments, ensure system reliability, and collaborate across teams. Requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development and deployment experience, with deep knowledge of Copado.
- Solid grasp of CI/CD processes, with a history of successfully managing pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving and root cause analysis capabilities, consistently resolving issues quickly.
- Skilled in collaborating and communicating across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives and deadlines.
- Experienced in preparing deployment documentation and providing guidance or training on DevOps tools and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Set up and manage Salesforce environments across development, testing, staging, and production to support continuous integration and delivery.
- Implement and oversee CI/CD pipelines tailored for Salesforce applications to improve deployment efficiency.
- Automate deployment workflows using Copado to enhance consistency and speed across environments.
- Monitor application performance and apply automated testing frameworks to maintain high code quality and system reliability.
- Manage version control systems and enforce branching strategies to facilitate collaborative development.
- Other duties as requested by leadership.
