THE WORK: As a Salesforce Solution Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet business process and application requirements. You are expected to be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively. You will be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Additionally, you will Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop innovative solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes. Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure quality and performance. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Salesforce technologies to drive innovation.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of IT work experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM Implementation
- High School Diploma/GED
Nice To Haves
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce API is recommended.
- Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Configuration is suggested.
- Bachelor s Degree in relevant field
- Salesforce developer certifications
