About The Position

The Salesforce Solution Architect, Technical Analyst will play a pivotal role in translating complex business and operational needs into robust technical solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and business stakeholders, to design, optimize, and enhance Salesforce applications and integrations. This role balances innovation with operational efficiency, leveraging Salesforce automation, RPA, and AI tools to streamline processes and improve overall system performance. The position provides an opportunity to influence technology strategy, solve challenging problems, and contribute to the success of high-impact projects in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical Management, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 7 years of CRM experience, preferably 9+ years in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Field Service, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I, Application Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, Experience Cloud, and AppExchange solutions.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, automation, and declarative administration.
  • Knowledge of RPA, AI tools, and integrations, including ETL and 3rd-party integration methods.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and enterprise-scale cloud implementations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, with occasional travel as needed.

Nice To Haves

  • Salesforce Administrator certification required; additional certifications such as Field Service, Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Platform Developer I, Application Architect, or Technical Architect preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Translate business and operational requirements into Salesforce technical solutions that align with organizational strategy.
  • Participate in technical design sessions, creating and maintaining comprehensive solution documentation.
  • Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify opportunities for automation and process improvements.
  • Configure Salesforce declarative tools including objects, fields, and automation features.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and contractors to validate solution delivery and maintain alignment with stakeholder vision.
  • Leverage RPA, AI, and third-party tools to extend Salesforce functionality and integration capabilities.
  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure quality and reliability of technical solutions.
  • Maintain awareness of Salesforce platform updates and industry best practices to continuously enhance the system.
