About The Position

Perficient is hiring a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Salesforce Support Team. We are seeking a meticulous, proactive, and strong communicator who can support the ongoing health and optimization of our Salesforce ecosystem. This team is composed of onshore, near-shore, and offshore resources working collaboratively to deliver high-quality support and enhancements. This role requires close partnership with both technical teams and business stakeholders and will be based in Irvine, California, with an expectation to be onsite four days per week.
