About The Position

We’re backfilling a high‑impact Scrum Master who helped our Salesforce/nCino Commercial Bank program deliver consistent, well‑tracked increments across Commercial Onboarding , Service Cloud, and DocuSign integration workstreams. You will coach one to two squads, drive Agile ceremonies, and ensure delivery hygiene across sprints and Program Increments—keeping Jira/Jira Align clean and partner teams unblocked—while aligning time, scope, and change in EPPIC .

Requirements

  • Proven Scrum Master (2–5+ years) in product‑centric delivery, ideally within Salesforce ecosystems or adjacent onboarding/servicing platforms.
  • Evidence of driving cadence across squads and PIs.
  • Hands‑on with Jira and Jira Align —able to keep hierarchies clean and guide teams to close sprints accurately before fiscal/PI deadlines.
  • Working knowledge of EPPIC processes—timesheet cycles, fiscal month/quarter close expectations, and how to initiate/document EPPIC Change Requests .
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management across Product, Engineering, QA and Operations.
  • Works autonomously and demonstrates solid Key leadership competencies; Organized, leads cross functional team members towards common outcomes and execution
  • Demonstrates strong critical thinking and problem solving skills to analyze & solve complex problems; takes initiative to facilitate planning and execute as assigned; Ensures the tracking and reporting of daily activities; meets project budget, schedule, scope & risk targets
  • Understands business model and project (sprint?) impact to business strategy
  • Possess strong written, verbal, and presentation facilitator skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate project (sprint?) future state vision and impact to business strategy

  • 3+ years of scrum master delivery experience, including additional 2+ years of agile project experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with nCino/Salesforce delivery in commercial onboarding & servicing; familiarity with Hogan concepts helpful.
  • Comfortable curating release calendars and coordinating change windows across multiple squads.
  • Background in banking/fintech onboarding flows (e.g., DDA opening , specialty accounts, DocuSign envelopes).
  • Certifications: CSM/PSM, SAFe SSM, or equivalent.
  • Certified Scrum Professional (CSP) Certification preferred, or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification plus 3 years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Coach & facilitate : Run daily scrums, sprint planning, reviews, and retros; reinforce Definition of Ready/Done; elevate impediments early and drive to resolution with POs, Tech Leads and external teams.
  • Plan & deliver predictably : Partner with Product Owners to maintain healthy backlogs; help teams craft sprint goals connected to PI objectives; orchestrate demo readiness and support PI readouts.
  • Own delivery hygiene : Maintain clean Jira/Jira Align hierarchies (Story→Feature→Initiative), accurate story points and statuses, and sprint closeouts that withstand fiscal/PI cutovers.
  • Shepherd release flow : Align sprint outcomes to the Salesforce COE release calendar ; coordinate cut dates; socialize change risk/lead times across COS workstreams.
  • EPPIC stewardship : Ensure timely and accurate timesheets , help leaders with period‑end completeness checks, and raise EPPIC Project Change Requests (CRs) when scope/schedule designations need updates.
  • Cross‑team unblocking : Coordinate with enterprise platforms (e.g., Hogan , Commercial Digital) and partner squads when dependencies or data/process gates impede COS squads.
  • Continuous improvement : Share meaningful metrics; facilitate retros that lead to measurable experiments; advocate for team health and sustainable pace.
