About The Position
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer (9+ years experience) with strong expertise in automation, Agentforce testing, and Salesforce platform validation. This role involves ensuring high-quality delivery of Salesforce applications, including Lightning components, Apex, and integrations, while maintaining robust testing practices across functional, automation, security, and accessibility domains.
Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in QA / Testing
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce QA and testing
- Strong proficiency in QA automation using Karate and Selenium
- Experience testing Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex code
- Hands-on experience with Agentforce testing and validation
- Demonstrated expertise in accessibility testing
- Strong knowledge of security testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with API testing and RESTful services
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work collaboratively in an agile environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute test strategies and test plans for Salesforce applications
- Perform manual and automated testing across Salesforce platform components
- Build and maintain automation frameworks using Karate and Selenium
- Validate Salesforce custom applications, Lightning components, and Apex logic
- Perform Agentforce testing and validation to ensure business process accuracy
- Conduct API testing (RESTful services) and integration validation
- Perform accessibility testing and ensure compliance standards
- Execute security testing aligned with best practices
- Integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows
- Collaborate with developers, product teams, and stakeholders in an Agile environment
- Track defects, ensure resolution, and maintain test documentation
