About The Position

Perficient is looking to hire a Junior Salesforce Project Manager to support the delivery of Salesforce engagements by coordinating day-to-day project activities and partnering closely with cross-functional teams. This role is ideal for someone early in their project management career who is eager to grow within a consulting environment and deepen their Salesforce experience. Candidates must be able to work onsite in Anaheim, California four days per week, collaborating closely with both internal teams and client stakeholders. This position is based in Anaheim, CA, and requires four days per week onsite .

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience supporting technical, digital, and Salesforce projects
  • Experience with Salesforce projects and implementations
  • Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing consulting environment
  • Experience in professional services or consulting environments
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

  • Salesforce, Scrum, or project management certifications

Responsibilities

  • Support Salesforce projects by coordinating day-to-day activities and deliverables
  • Assist with Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
  • Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and action items
  • Capture meeting notes and ensure timely completion of follow-up items
  • Communicate project status to internal stakeholders and delivery leads
  • Collaborate with Salesforce developers, architects, and solution teams
  • Identify potential project issues and escalate appropriately
  • Help maintain clear communication across teams, clients, and vendors
