About The Position

The project focuses on sustaining, enhancing, and modernizing the customers' Recruiting Information Support System to support large number of recruiters worldwide. It involves maintaining the legacy Oracle-based system while supporting the development and transition to Salesforce-based CRM. The effort addresses recruiting challenges through modern technology, data analytics, and improved system capabilities. A phased, carefully managed transition ensures uninterrupted recruiting operations while enabling long-term modernization.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience serving as a Salesforce project manager in a regulated and compliant environment
• Candidate should have skills of Leadership, Project Management (Agile, Scrum), Salesforce Implementation Best Practices, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Risk Management, Communication
• Salesforce Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant - Certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to deployment and support, utilizing Salesforce implementation best practices.
• Assist the government to manage project cost, schedule and risk ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery, aligned with Salesforce release cycles.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements, design solutions utilizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities, and ensure user adoption.
• Mitigate risks and resolve issues effectively, including Salesforce configuration and integration challenges.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders, including government PMO leads, leveraging Salesforce tools for project management and reporting.
• The candidate should possess Salesforce platform knowledge, including certifications (Administrator, Sales/Service Cloud), and experience with CRM implementations.
• Manage all Salesforce licenses and costs, tracking numbers of licenses, types of licenses, and future requirements.
