About The Position

Salesforce Principal Architect2 Solution Design: Creating end-to-end architecture designs for Salesforce implementation, ensuring they are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals. Stakeholder Management: Acting as a "translator" between non-technical executives and the development team to ensure the system solves real business problems. Governance & Best Practices: Defining the standards for data modeling, automation (Flow), and security to prevent "technical debt". Product Expertise: Providing guidance on which Salesforce clouds (Sales, CPQ, Service, Experience, etc.) or AppExchange products are best suited for a specific need. Integration Strategy: Designing how Salesforce will integrate with other systems, tools, or custom databases (P2P or middleware). Technical & Functional Skills Platform Mastery: In-depth knowledge of Salesforce Flow, Data Modeling, Role Hierarchies, and Object-Oriented design. Multi-Cloud Experience: Proven ability to implement solutions across multiple products. SDLC Knowledge: Familiarity with Agile methodologies, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments. Soft Skills Strategic Thinking: The ability to look past a single request to see how it affects the entire ecosystem. Leadership: Mentoring junior developers and admins to ensure they follow the established architecture.

Requirements
